Question

Why can’t I import the Accountant’s changes? 

I get the error: “We are unable to display the Accountant's changes”

Answer

This error will occur when the following actions have been taken by the Accountant in the Accountant’s copy:

  • Used a tax code with 4 or more letters
  • Has created a new tax code
  • A large transaction has been edited

Solution

The Accountant who created the changes will either need to redo their changes, or you will need to obtain a list of the Accountant’s changes from the accountant and manually enter and modify transactions. You should cancel the Accountant's Copy before you make these changes.
