Why won't my customer barcodes scan in QuickPOS?

Question

When i scan a customer card with a barcode on it it won't bring up the customer's details.

Answer

If you have your cards pre-printed it is VERY important that the barcode incorporates a % sign in front of the barcode number for QuickPOS to know to search the customer list with this number.
