PDF attachments are blank when emailing from QuickBooks Hosted Premium

Question

Why are my PDF attachments blank when emailing from Reckon Accounts Hosted Account?

Answer

You are likely to experience this issue if your printer settings are set to print a page size other than A4 and a media type other than Plain. 

 

Workaround

Reset printer setting to print A4 size paper and Plain type:

1.    File > Printer Setup > Select a form.

2.    Select the printer and click on Options

3.    Set Paper Size to A4

4.    Set Media Type to Plain.

5.    Click OK to save.

6.    Repeat for each documents form you wanted print.
