Receipt Printers
Please note:
For best experience when printing a receipt to a Receipt Printer, please ensure you've the below settings:
- Install your Receipt Printer as "Windows Printer". Most of the Receipt printers have Windows driver available
- Keep the paper size to be Receipt length (width size 80 is recommended for most Receipt Printers)
- You can utilise Receipt Printer's Cutter option to cut the receipt once a receipt printing completes
- Configure Cash Drawer settings (open/don't open) in your Receipt Printer settings as Cash Drawers usually connect to a Receipt Printer directly, not to a PC
- In Chrome, untick "Headers and footers" so that the Receipt printer knows when to cut the paper, otherwise it will keep on feeding the paper until it reaches the Receipt paper size and then cuts off (some Receipt printer's Receipt size about 3/4 metres)

- Please ensure you've unticked "Header and Footer" option
