Access Denied or You do not have enough access rights ... attempting to view a Book on Mobile App

Question

Why do I get the errors “Access denied” or “You do not have enough access rights to view the dashboard” when I try to open a Book on the Reckon Mobile App?

Answer

Enter Company details in Settings.

 

The Issue

These errors will occur when your Book has not been configured with basic company information.

 

Details

1.    Click the cogwheel > Settings > General> Business Settings

2.    Enter a Company Name

3.    Enter a Company email address

4.    Enter other relevant company information (address, phone numbers, etc)

5.    Click Save .

You should now see your Book choices.
