Error: The parameter is incorrect- When lodging the BAS electronically

Question

On the BAS when you click on the lodge button an error comes up saying "The parameter is incorrect"

Answer

The error is caused when the document id is missing in the configuration area of BAS. User will need to use the document ID issued by the ATO. Display the BAS in Reckon Accounts and click the Config button (in the bottom left-hand corner of the BAS) to display the BAS configuration screen. Enter the Document ID issued to you by the ATO.
