Printers not appearing in Reckon Personal when trying to select one from a list

Why aren't printers appearing in the list of printers when you're asked to select a printer.Answer
This can be caused by some third party applications like Anti-Virus programs, firewalls and by Anti Spyware programs.
To test this disable the third party application and try again, if this is the issue please consult the vendor of the third party software for advice and support.
