Cash Sales aren't in Bank Account

Question

Why don't my Cash Sales appear in the bank account or the Undeposited Funds account?

Answer

Go into the Cash Sale, on the bottom left-hand side there are two Radio Buttons - Group with other undeposited funds and Deposit To. The Cash Sales have probably been deposited to the wrong account.
