My printer is not showing in the list of printers in Reckon Account.

Why doesn't my printer show up in Reckon Account's printer list?

Answer

This can be due to printer name being longer than 31 characters and for it to be recognized it has to have a name less than that.

In Windows go to START then select printers or control panel then printers.

Right Click your printer and select rename

Change the name of your printer to one that meets the above requirements
