Message: "QBW32 caused an IPF in QBFORM32.DLL"

Legacy KB ID: 654

Question

Why do I receive the following message when I try to scroll on the Time/Enter Single Activity window? (also in Transfer Money and other areas of Reckon Accounts) QBW32 caused an IPF in QBFORM32.DLL

Answer

Some mouse drivers may conflict with Reckon Accounts. (Logitech® Wheel and Microsoft® IntelliPoint are known drivers that conflict with Reckon Accounts.)

To resolve this issue you can either remove the mouse driver or discontinue the use of the scrolling feature while in the Enter Single Activity window.
