How do I get my POS Terminal to display transactions put on hold on a different Terminal?Answer
If you have multiple POS Terminals and want to display all transactions put on hold no matter what Terminal they were entered on you need to do the following:
In each Terminal go through Tools, Options, Lists, Held Transaction List and select 'Include Other Terminals'.
Once this option has been selected each Terminal will be able to see every Held Transaction. The Terminals will only show transactions put on hold on other Terminals after this option has been selected.
