Question

Why do I get the message that phone number fields must be a number when I upload Super Data Export file to NAB SuperPay?

Note: NAB Superstream has been retired by NAB and is no longer available for sale to new customer since July 2017.

Re-enter your employees’ phone numbers using numbers only.

The Issue

NAB SuperPay have been configured to accept numeric characters only for the phone number field.  Reckon products do allow the user to enter other characters.  The following are not acceptable:

  • (02) 9577 5123
  • 02 1234-5678
  • 02 9577 1234

Workaround

Re-enter your employees’ phone numbers using numbers only – e.g. 0295775000.
