Error: "BAS form format is unknown. The file will not be saved or exported" when saving the Instalment Activity Statement

Question
Why do I get the message "BAS form format is unknown. The file will not be saved or exported." when saving the Instalment Activity Statement" or ISA?
Answer
This will occur if you have enabled FTC in your configuration of your BAS.
- To save the IAS statement click on the config button on the BAS
- Under GST configuration un-tick Include FTC on this BAS.
Now you will be able to save the IAS statement.
