Saving a PDF the second time changes the file type to TXT in Reckon Accounts Hosted

ISSUE

When a report or transaction is printed from Reckon Accounts Hosted, it will peruse the Reckon Printer that opens the report/transaction in a new tab on your web browser.

Clicking Save for the first time will prompt to save it as a PDF document.

Clicking Save again will now prompt it to be saved as a TXT document.

And if continuing to save, it will not download it.

WORKAROUND

To save the report/transaction again as a PDF, use the Print option instead and choose to Save as PDF or select a PDF printer.
