When I transfer my items from QuickBooks to POS the inverted commas symbol (") is changed to a single apostrophe (') if I have these assigned to any items. How can I stop this from happening?Answer
There is no way to stop this happening.The best solution to the problem is to change the inverted commas symbol (") to 2 apostrophies (''). The result looks the same and POS will accept the two apostrophe symbols.
