DATA RECOVERY: Completed Case Recommendations [Personal Range]

Please confirm that the issues that you raised no longer occurs before forging ahead and continuing to use the reconstructed data file. 

Any re-work necessary to resolve any issue previously raised will be done on our copy of the reconstructed data file.

If you have entered a significant volume of new data into the file (which you do not wish to re-do) and there are new issues raised or found it will require additional investigation and may require new quote options.

Passwords

Create a record of all the data files and their associated owner file passwords and when changes are made to these passwords. 

Backup and File Maintenance

The person who accesses the data file as the owner user is the one responsible for creating a backup of the data file and performing file maintenance.

Make a backup of all your data files at regular scheduled intervals.

Use the Validate function to check the file integrity.

This gives added peace of mind that the backups saved are error-free when it it becomes necessary to restore a good older backup.
