Sales figures in Reckon Accounts are reporting less than what is reported on the POS Balance Report

Question

Why are sales figures in Reckon Accounts reporting less than what is reported on the Reckon POS Balance Report?

Answer

To prevent this from happening you must turn off the option to 'Reset Transaction numbers' before you perform a 'Z-Read'

1. Open your terminal and select the 'Tools' menu then click on 'Process End of Day'

2. Select 'Next' then click 'Reports' and then 'Next' again

3. Untick the option 'Reset the transaction numbers' and continue with your 'Z- Read'
