Cannot zoom in to Tax report to see details in Reckon Accounts

Question

Why can't I zoom into my Tax reports' data, I don't see the zooming sumbol?

What is happening:

The cursor doesn't change into a magnifying glasses symbol when pointing to the figure on either tax liability or tax summary report, therefore I can't zoom in the report.

Solution:

This is due to having Tax Reporting Basis set to Cash tax reporting.

To zoom in the report, you will need to change tax reporting basis from Cash to Accrual basis.

1- Go to Edit drop down menu

2- Choose Preferences

3- Then Tax

4- Company Preferences, tick 'Accrual basis' under 'tax report
