Why cant i delete a pdf attachment thats attached to a transaction?
Answer
You will need to end the process AcroRd32.exe from windows task manager and then delete the attachment.
To Delete the pdf attachment, do the following:
1. Use the combination keys Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the windows task manager, you may have to choose this feature from a window if using XP versions.
2. Search in the 'Processes' tab for the process called AcroRd32.exe, highlight it and press 'End Process'
3. You can now delete the attached pdf
