Cannot print a report from Reckon Accounts 2013 - encountered a problem and needs to close

Question

Why can’t I print a report from Reckon Accounts?  When I click on Print I get the error:

ReckonAcounts has encountered a problem and needs to close.  You may lose the data that you recently entered.  We’re sorry for this inconvenience. 

I can still print Invoices and from my Bank Register.

 

Answer

You will need to clean uninstall and re-install Reckon Accounts.
