Question

How do I import and export my Templates?

Answer

To Export:

1. Go to the List menu.

2. Left click on Templates.

3. When the Templates Window comes up Right click on the Template and then select the Export option from the drop-down menu.

4, In the Specify Filename for Export Window choose a location e.g Desktop. Click Save.

To Import:

1. Go to List.

2. Click on Templates.

3. On the Templates drop down menu select Import.

4. In the Look in box, select the location to where the template was saved. Choose the template file (*.des)then click Open.

5. The template window will appear and the cursor will be at the Template Name section to which a name will need to be entered before clicking Ok.
