Script errors in Employee Organiser

Question

When viewing any HTML page in the Employee Organizer why do I receive a script error?  When I click on Yes or No I get a blank page.

Answer

We are not sure why some users experience this phenomenon.  Try the following steps:

1.    Reboot the PC and try again.

2.    Launch Reckon Accounts from its application icon and then open your company file.  Do not use a shortcut directly to your company file.   

3.    Update to the latest Microsoft releases and upgrade to the latest Reckon Accounts release
