Answer

You may experience this issue when

·         Outlook 64-bit system is installed

·         Key registry entries for Outlook have become corrupt

Workaround

Step 1: Check integrity of Outlook:

1.    In Windows Explorer right-click any file, select Send to and select mail recipient;

2.    If an email form opens with the file attached, then Outlook is working properly.  Go to Step 2.

3.    If an email form fails to open, then Outlook has become corrupt.  Go to Step 3.

Step 2:  Save as PDF and separately attach it to an email

1.    In Accounts Home & Business, save the invoice as PDF:

a.    With the Invoice open, File > Save As PDF;

    1. Save to a convenient location
  1. Attach the file to your email.
