Reckon Accounts Desktop: \Select Bank Account greyed out when importing files

Question

When importing my bank statement into Reckon Accounts, why are the account options and the Continue button in the Select Bank Account screen greyed out?  I have an existing bank account.   

Answer

This error is benign and can be ignored. 

To fix this, click on Create a new QuickBooks acccount and the options will be available.
