Invoices print with part of top and left side cut off

Question

Why do my invoices print with parts of the top and left side cut off in Reckon One?

Answer

Reckon apologises for the inconvenience this issue is causing you.

Workaround

Use the setting “Fit to Page” when printing the invoice.

If you do not have a “Fit to Page” option, scale down the print size to 90% of the original.
