End of Day process crashes POS after completing an EFT reconciliation

Question

Why does POS crash when I am doing my End Of Day?  It does so after completing EFT reconciliation in PCEFTPOS and tries to print the report and generates the error: 

Runtime Error: 214 741 7843 (8001010d) Automation error.  An outgoing call cannot be made since the application is dispatching an input - synchronous call. 

Answer

This problem may be experienced on CBA PCEFTPOS terminals (Ingenico i5100).

Workaround

Do not to automatic reconciliation of EFT transactions through POS but do it manually through the PCeftpos software/eftpos machine.
