Time in Lieu Report shows only the first entry

Question

Why does Payroll Premier only show one entry of Time in Lieu in the Time in Lieu Report?

Answer

Payroll Premier shows one entry for Time in Lieu per page per employee.  Other entries will be seen by clicking on the Next icon.

To view all Time in Lieu entries do the following:

1.    Open the Time in Lieu Report

2.    Click on the Properties icon

3.    Click on the Paging tab

4.    Check the box Disable Auto Paging

5.    Click on Save

All entries will now appear on one page.

 

To sort and sub-total by employee;

1.    Click on the Sort icon

2.    In the Sort by This Field select Name and click on Save

3.    The box that was called Pay Rates on the Dates line will now change to Employees - leave the Employees selection at All

Employees will now be subtotalled.
