Accounts Receivable by Ageing Period Graph shows an Unexpected Error

Why do I get an unexpected error when I try to display an Accounts Receivable by Ageing Period graph on the Company Snapshot?

You are likely to experience this issue it you have your computer Regional Settings set to show date as mm/dd/yyyy.

Solution

Change Regional Settings to have date show as dd/mm/yyyy.

1. Start > Control Panel > Region and Language;

2. On the Formats Tab, in the Format box, select English (Australia);

3. Click OK to close.

If you wish to maintain other Region and Language settings, then you must change the short and long date formats to a dd/MM/YYYY style.
