STP Phase 2 - IIF changes for Export/Import
With the STP Phase 2 changes in Reckon Accounts, we must also accommodate the support of the import/export feature of the Employee List and Payroll Item List.
New columns
This is the list of new columns for the Employee List using the !QBP EMPLOYEE tag.
COLUMN | HEADER NAME | DESCRIPTION |
II | INCOMESTREAM | Income Type for the employee. |
IJ | STPTAXCATEGORY | Further STP Tax Category for the employee indicating if under Actors, Horticulturists/Shearers, or Seniors/Pensioners tax scale. |
IK | HOMECOUNTRYCODE | Uses Alpha-2 codes representing Country names. For example, “Germany” = "de" |
IL | CONTRACTORABN | 11-digit Australian Business Number used by Contractors. |
IM | CIR | Indicates whether a Voluntary Agreement employee is using the Commissioner's Instalment Rate (CIR). Valid values:

IN | MLVARIATION | Medicare Levy Surcharge (MLS) Tier Valid values:

IO | DEPENDANTS | Number of Dependants for Medicare Levy Reduction (MLR). Valid values:

IP | CESSATIONTYPE | Cessation reason for a terminated employee. Valid values:
