Memorised transactions with multi-user

I am experiencing system crashes when using memorised transactions. My Reckon Accounts is set for multiple users. What could be causing the problem?

Answer

The reason for the crashes may be related to the operating system that you have installed. If you are currently using Win 98, you may encounter problems with Reckon Accounts. You should firstly attempt to restart your computer and see whether the problem recurs and then download the latest service pack from Microsoft.
