My portfolio share lots have disappeared, why is this?

Question
Why when I look at my portfolio view have my share lots disappeared?
Answer
This is due to your Cost Basis Calculation preference being set to Average Cost basis. To change this preference you need to:
- Select Edit menu, Options, International.
- Change the Cost Basis Calculation setting to First in, First Out. Click on OK.
The program will now make the necessary changes to your portfolio view and your lots will appear again.
