Why doesn't the GST amount from the Brokerage Fee appear on my BAS?Answer
At present this amount has not been designed to appear on the BAS.
To add this amount to the BAS, you'll need to creat a "Investment Transactions" report and manually include the GST figure into your BAS that you send to the ATO.
To generate an Investment report; Click on the Reports menu -> Investing -> Investment Transactions.
