How can I see payments I've made to the ATO?

Answer

You can see what you've paid the Australian Taxation Office by creating a Quick Report against this vendor.

1. Choose Lists menu > Vendor List. QuickBooks displays the Vendors list, which includes the Australian Taxation Office.

2. Select "Australian Taxation Office" from the vendor list and then click Reports button > Quick Report: Australian Taxation Office. (You can find the Reports button at the lower left of the Name list.) QuickBooks displays a "Quick Report" for this vendor, which shows what you've paid and other helpful financial information.
