Why does the Gross Sales figures not print on the QuickPOS reports all of the time? Some days it does, some days it doesn't.
Answer
The Gross Sales only print if there has been a price discount done throughout the day. If so all reports will print the gross and net sales figures for all products. The Gross sales figure is the original price and the Net sales figure is the actual sales price.
