The On Hold Transaction list is missing

Question

When I go to the retrieve current transactions from the Transactions on Hold list they are not appearing, why is this?

Answer

You may have gone into the list too quickly after putting the transaction on hold, cancel out of the list and then try again.  If this does not work close QuickPOS and then reopen to refresh the list.

How did we do?

Quickbooks POS has detected that you do not have the correct version of QB installed
