Remittance Advice does not print from the Print Preview Screen on Reckon Accounts Hosted

Why won’t the Remittance Advice print when I preview it and click on Print?

Print the Remittance Advice from the main screen and not the Print Preview screen.

The Issue

Printing from Reckon Accounts Hosted is handled through the special PDF printing module.

The Print Preview window is not linked to the Hosted Print Module. You cannot print from this screen.

Workaround

Generate the Remittance Advice and click on Print.

A PDF will generate from where you select to Print.
