Ship To address in Sales Order

Question

After modifying the ship to address in a Sales Order and creating an invoice from that Sales Order, the ship to address does not transfer to the invoice. Why?

Answer

If 'No' has been clicked to the message; 'You have changed the Shipping Address for [Customer Name]. Would you like to have this information appear next time?' the ship to address will not transfer through to the invoice.

Clicking 'Yes' will transfer the modified ship to address through to the invoice however it will be saved and used for all future transactions.
