Using data files created from International versions on the Australian Reckon Accounts product.

Question

Why can't I Open or Restore Company data files that has been created with an international version?

Answer

Reckon accounts does a version check to validate the company file before opening it. For this reason, users can not open overseas created company date files in the Australian versions.
