Changing the title of Reports in Reckon Accounts

Question

Recent changes to requirements for financial reporting have introduced new titles for reports.  How can I make Reckon Accounts reports compliant with new requirements?

Answer

You can change Report titles in Reckon Accounts via the Modify Report button that is available on Reports.

Recent changes require:

·         Profit & Loss to be called Profit and Loss Statement

·         Balance sheet to be called Statement of Financial Position

Detailed Directions

1.    Open a Profit & Loss Report

2.    Modify Report. Header/Footer.

3.    In Report Title, enter your preferred title – e.g.: Profit and Loss Statement.

4.    Click OK.

5.    Repeat these steps for a Balance Sheet report.

Please Note:  Report Title fields have a limitation of 60 characters.
