Customising a Profit and Loss report.

Question

How do I do a Profit and Loss Report which has all accounts listed including zero amount accounts but not inactive accounts?

Answer

1) Open the Profit and Loss report. 2) Click on Customise, Advanced. 3) Select 'All' for Display Rows and 'All' for Display Columns. Click OK. 4) Click on the filters button and choose selected accounts (Only active accounts will display here) Select them all and the report will display all accounts except inactive accounts.
