Tax code not appearing on estimates

Question
When I create an estimate and apply a tax code nothing appears, how can I fix this?
Answer
To resolve this;
1) Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
2) Click on the 'Tax' icon and select the 'Company Preferences' tab.
3) Next to the field 'Do you track tax?' select 'No'.
4) Click 'Ok' to save these settings and shut down Reckon Accounts.
5) Open Reckon Accounts and through the same steps turn Tax Tracking back on.
6) Recreate the estimate, tax will now apply correctly.
