When I'm making a sale in POS how do I change the search criteria?

In POS on the search screen you will see your list of products, on the right hand side of this screen there are buttons with Left and Right arrows on them, click on these arrows to change the search criteria. Also you can use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to change the search criteria.
