ETP Payment Summary shows the wrong ending date

Question

Why does the ETP Payment Summary produced by Reckon Accounts show an incorrect date for the ending date of employment?

Answer

The ETP Payment Summary picks up the Release Date entered in the Employee record under the Employment Information section. 

 

Workaround

Set the Release Date as the same date as the termination date. 

 

Additional Note

When the Pay Period Ends date moves past the Release Date, the Employee will no longer appear on the Enter Payroll Information screen.

You must have a Release Date to show the employee on the ETP Payment Summary List.
