Budget reports & graphs are incorrect when transfers are included.

Question

How can I get my budget reports to report correctly when transfers are being included?

Answer

The amounts in the Budget Variance report do not add up to the total because transfer amounts have not been filtered out. To filter out these amounts;

1) Choose 'Customise' in the report.
2) Click on the 'Advanced' tab. In 'Transfers' select 'Exclude All'.
3) Click 'Create Report'. The Budget report and graph will now display the correct total.
