Share a Store with a User

New User

You can share a Store with another User and provide appropriate permission levels.

When you share a Store with a User, the new user becomes an Employee of the Store and you can find the user from Management System > EMPLOYEES.

To share a Store with another user, follow the below steps:

  1. Login to Portal and go to Reckon Cloud POS Dashboard
  2. Next to your Store name, click on the ellipsis menu (...) and select Share with... > User
     
  3. Enter the user's username/email address and click on "NEXT". 
    You can also find out the users who already have access to your Store and you can modify/remove access by clicking on the user's name.
     
  4. You can now select the appropriate permission level from the Application Permission's drop-down menu and click "Save"
     
  5. Your Store now will be shared with the User

 

Shared Stores are found under "Shared with me" tab in your Dashboard

 

Removing a User from a Shared Store

 

  1. Follow the same process as sharing a user
     
  2. If you have shared users, you will see their name
     
  3. Click on their name
  4. Delete them from your store
