How to omit Customer:Jobs from the Customer Contact List

Question

How can I show just the customer without the customer:jobs on the Customer Contact List?  I only want one entry per customer regardless of how many jobs he has. 

Answer

Set Customer:Jobs to “= 0” in Filters.

This solution is available only to Accounts Enterprise and Reckon Accounts Hosted users.

1.    Modify > Filters

2.    In the Filters box, select Customers:Jobs (near the bottom)

3.    Choose “ = “

4.    OK to save.
