Question

Why after upgrading to QuickBooks 2003 some of my templates are no longer available?

Answer

QuickBooks Pro 2003 offers greater flexibility and functionality to customise your templates. You can add new fields to templates and customise them to your requirements. QuickBooks 2003 may not be able to recognise some templates created in older versions of QuickBooks Pro.


In QuickBooks we have provided replacement default templates.  To load these replacement templates;


1.  Choose List menu > Templates > Import.


2. Browse to the template you require and then click OK.


This template should know appear in the drop down menu box.
