INB Payment Summary opens when trying to email a pay slip

Question

Why does the INB Payment summary open when I try to email a pay slip?

Answer

Reduce the length of the company file name and remove commas from the Employee Name.

Detailed instructions

1. Company Name
   1. Company > Company Information > Contact Information
   2. In the Company Name field, reduce the length of your name
   Avoid using illegal characters like <  >  :  “  /  \  |  ?  * ~  !  @  #  $  %  ^  &  (  )  +  =  ‘
2. Employee Name
   1. Employee Centre > Employees
   2. Right-click the Employee Name > Edit Information
   3. On the Personal tab, remove any commas from the Employee’s name

Generate your pay slips again and email.
