Payslips are not providing totals for Earnings items in Reckon Accounts

Question

Why do some of my employees have payslips that do not total their earnings items for either the current pay or YTD amounts?

Answer

You may experience this issue when printing payslips with the 3 per page option.

Workaround

Use 1 per page for payslips in the same format as 3 per page.

You can also use 2 per page and Custom templates, but these have a different format to the 1 or 3 per page formats.
