The ? Help icons on the BAS Lodgement Form do not work

Question
When I click on the ? Help Icon on the BAS Lodgement Form, nothing happens.
Answer
Go to Help > Reckon Accounts Help. Now try the icon again.
The Issue
This issue may be experienced by Hosted users if the Help library did not properly load when you started your session. Accessing the Help Index will force the help library to load.
Workaround

On the top menu line in Reckon Accounts Hosted, click on Help and then Reckon Accounts Help;

Close help

Click on ? Help icon and it will open.
